China Hat Road

I woke up early, geared up and headed out.

I decided to bomb down China Hat Road to see how far I could get before the snow stoped me.

Stop-off at Horse Butte. Nice views from up here.







Back to bombing the gravel road. Hmmm, no snow at 4500'.

But, at 5000' it comes on quick. I only made it about another 5 miles further before heading back. Too icy and sketchy today.





A snack treat and some water.



One the way home, sneaking up on the crazy dust lady's house..............braaaaaaaaaaaappppppppppppp!!!!!





Ford Road. I love the fast, whooped out sections .....some of my favorite riding through here.

The average speed is a little low for my taste.

If so, how do you like it?

EBC 280mm oversize front rotor.

I like it, scrubs off speed pretty quickly. Although, it's all I've known for this bike, it came with it.

Other riders I've talked to say it's a night and day difference.

They're not cheap and rarely come up for sale used.
