I'd like to know what mods you are doing as well though I think some were listed in a different message string.

Hey Sorry forgot the important Bits, Front tyres was a Michelin Desert, with 4mm Tube, i would reccomend a Mousse if ya can get them, so many people came in with Pinch flats, there are lots of square edges to catch you out, as you want to run low pressures 14 or 15 psi to combat the sand, but this puts you at risk to Pinch flats,
on the rear i ran a Motoz Tractionator, i did run a Tractionator E for pre running but ripped some centre Knobs of it after 100 Km of riding, so we swapped it out with the Standard tractionator which i was very impressed with, i have had a Bad run with them in the past, but this changed my opinion, Hardly any wear and great grip at about 16 psi, a flat is the last thing you want down the FINKE track as there is No help available until the race finishes, and then you are out of the race anyway.
