Head Bolt Pattern Measurements & Clutch Plate Thickness

Could anyone supply me with the head bolt pattern measurements center to center. If by chance anyone has new clutch plates laying around, are they 1.5mm or 2 mm?

I appreciate the help Focker, I was able to get the measurements of them both. Currently looking to purchase a head to compare flow rates to the XX head.
