XRR Suspension

I'm considering upgrading the BRP's suspension this winter. What are the most sensible, tried and true upgrades for the front and rear?

I'll be doing the work myself.

What have you tried and what works?

Most of my riding is single/double track with the odd foray to Baja, Moab.

Skill level- advanced, not expert.
