The video quality stinks because I shortened the clip and my editing software sucks...It ruined the sharpness.

Youtube defaults to a reduce quality, but you can provide a link to the video and tell people to click on "Watch in high quality". The seemingly full VGA quality is preserved.
...to date Youtube hasn't provided a direct link method...or one I've figure it out yet. Maybe they will one day.
