Water Pump Leak/Drip

Anyone else have a water pump that drips out of the weep hole? My water pump will spit little drops of coolant out the weep hole and on to the skid plate, doesn't seem to do it all the time but often. I ordered a NEW complete water pump and it did the same thing, sent it back and they sent me another, and....it does the same thing also. Not sure exactly whats going on here.

So does anyone else have a BRP that does this? I felt the shaft that drives the water pump while the pump was removed, no detectable side to side play but you can push/pull on the shaft with slight movement.

Any ideas?
