And where is Vaughan?

Vaughan is a city above Toronto, Ontario in Canada, now the time is really getting bad, rain all day and colder, it is around 2-3 degrees celcius now, so it is the time to work on my mototard set up and I want to uncorked it but don't know how hard is going to be to set up the carb after I do the changes, will see.
