BLM or Geographically Restricted Areas
[i] Hello everyone. I live in Riverside County and they have completely eliminated riding areas in the Coachella Valley "Palm Springs". Geographically it is mostly desert which is absolutly fantastic for riding but, they have outlawed it. I dont think they realize what this is doing for the economy in the county and is forcing all riders to drive hours out of the area to designated riding areas. They say there is some sacred lizard. Is there any way to go about suggesting that the county designates riding areas and if there is what would be the best way to go about it? City Counsel? County Board?
Thank you,
