Crankshaft issues
Hi all,
Iv stripped a tooth of the cog on the crankshaft that drives the balance shaft. Any one else done that? If so how did you fix it?
Honda say you have to buy a whole new crankshaft as dont make the cog individualy, but all I need is a cog.
Does anyone have an old nackered crank with good cog they want to sell?
Serached the internet High and Low for it but cant find anything! Any one with an old Crankshaft for the BRP please let me know as Im in the middle of the race sesason with a badle broken engine!
Many thanks
Happy Riding

Always worth ringing Paul @ www.xr650r.co.uk he might know of a bust crank, I know he brought a complete bike which the engine had gone pop but not sure what happened to the bits.
