Changed Fork Oil

As topic I have changed the fork oil and here is a bit of a write up, sorry if the re-assembly isn't as detailed I lost interest in trying to take pictures with oil on my hands lol.
Far from perfect but if anyone does get stuck let me know and I will try and help out, nothing hard about doing this only balls ache is getting the forks in and out without damaging the triples.
