Imageshack PITA
Just letting people know that imageshack has changed its rules so now if you are not a member of imageshack you won't be able to view most of the images myself or others have posted here in the past. The image is replaced with a frog in ice.
There is a simple way to fix it...Simply go to http://imageshack.us and become a member...It's free and fast. Suddenly instead of frogs you will see all the images again.
In the future I will not use imageshack but this is just a quick message for those wanting to see the older pix.
Rather than reply to tons of requests for re-hosting I thought this would be easier. I will try to replace imageshack pix over time but there are so many threads...In the meantime this will fix the problem for you.
I'm very sorry for the trouble this may have caused you.

Re: Imageshack PITA
Hello Focker,
was just wondering, is there any 'best' picture-hosting site one would use?
I ask because I'm clumsy with finding this kind of thing, and will gladly take advice from those who know this stuff better - hoping you're one of them?
Cheers,
BuRP

Re: Imageshack PITA
A lot of people use Photo Bucket...But with any "unpaid" subscription the images won't stay available long.
SmugMug is probably the best but it isn't free.
