15-48 for me
I am at 15-48, and it's a compromise between dualsporting and forest roads and trails. For the tight stuff, I would rather ride the KDX 2T. I may try a taller gearing like 15-47, but where can one find a 47 rear?

I got a 47t Primary Drive one from them a while back, but they don't have that one listed now.....

Atomic,
I run 15/49, almost same, however with a diff.... they're both odd numbers hence they'll wear even hence they're bound to last longest - so a 47's a good choice too I think. And very tight stuff the Pig's not really suited for in any case, there my very-short geared KDX excells, nothin' beats a smoker there. Besides, I'd hate to drop my still-new red un, it has a loooooong trip ahead still ;-)

13~50 on my baby, it keeps the speed down and makes riding the lanes great, no chain snatch etc.
