Hi From Las Vegas
Hi Guys,
Moved to Vegas many years ago to ride the desert from my back yard after work.
Still doin it, even though I am now living in a condo on the strip, and the bike lives in the underground parking garage !
Recently upgraded from a 1999 well sorted out XR600R, (nite ride alot with a BD Tekate HID/Halogen combo)
to a sweet clean 2001 XR650R, with some nice bits on it.
Keeping both bikes, and wow the bikes are really different.
Power friggin tears the knobs right off!
Looking to tweak the XR650R suspension to my liking.
Just bought a couple of Chinese HID lights for $50 each at the SEMA show today.
Let you know how they work out, look really tough, fully self contained, and SUPER cheap!

Best!!

I want to see the hooker on the back of the XR. Nice ride, very familiar site some one kicking a pig. I love riding Nevada did 1500 miles of it last spring on the XR.

Hah ! lol Well yuppers that is one of the side benefits to Vegas!
Hey strippers are wayyyyyy more fun than hookers (uh ..... if drama equals fun ...... well sometimes it does !)
Furreal, teaching two of them to ride the old XR600 Thanksgiving weekend. ( balsy (but cute) strippers for sure :-)
Just moved out to a rental house on the edge of town this last week.
Open desert is 60 feet from the house.
Can't wait to get home and off the road to do a bit of riding!
Gawd the desert is beautiful right now.

welcome!
Man, there is some epic riding out that way. Sounds like all you are missing is your own fire truck. But I guess you didn't actually say you didn't have one. There are some guys who do some multi-day rides from Fresno over to Vegas. I've wanted to do a loop out of Vegas up and around to the area across from Pierce Ferry. Looks pretty virgin up there-kinda like your strippers on different.
